Where to find a Christian Peacemaker registration form:

https://mcc.org/resources/christian-peacemaker-registration

Mennonite Central Committee US has an online form for young people to fill out to have on record their faith-based, peace stance.  This will be kept by MCC US and can be utilized during a potential draft hearing.  Each youth should also make a copy and ask their congregation to file it.  WDC office does not keep a file of these forms.

Along with the Christian Peacemaker registration form, there is a file called “Creating a CO file.”  Please review how to further document your “firm, fixed and sincere objection to participation in war in any form or the bearing of arms.”  This is the Pentagon’s definition of conscientious objection.
