Nurturing Secure Relationships Through Worship – WDC ministers and spouses are invited to retreats in 2026 co-sponsored by the WDC Ministerial Leadership Commission and Kids Meet Christ program, as a ime to rest, reflect, worship, and learn together with ministry colleagues.
The Spring Ministers’ retreat will be May 1-2, 2026, at the Spiritual Life Center in Bel Aire KS (east Wichita), presented in English with guest facilitator Michael Droege, a researcher with Eastern Mennonite University’s Conectere project. He will lead us in exploring an intergenerational vision of the church, and will invite participants to consider the importance of forming secure attachments and deep identity-forming bonds in our worshiping communities.
