Payment is due with registration. Cancellations made by July 12 may request a refund (small fee accessed). Cancellations after July 12 are non-refundable.

Registrations received by July 12 include Saturday lunch and dinner. For the Saturday lunch, you may choose between the general lunch or the women's lunch (same menu). Registrations received after July 12 will not include meals. Additionally, a complimentary meal is offered for ministers and their families on Friday evening.

Rooms have two single beds, with a shared bathroom, and are available the nights of July 26 and 27. Rate is $40/night.
