The WDC Israel Palestine Task Force promotes two upcoming events associated with the October 7th anniversary of the Hamas attack on Israel. The presenter, Tareq Abuhalima, is a graduate student with Bluffton University. The purpose of these events are to create a safe space for education and dialogue about Israel-Palestine and the Gaza War. Tareq will share his experiences growing up in Gaza, working for the Youth Vision Society, and his “Gaza Twinning” relationship with Manhattan Mennonite Church.
