Fund Development Coordinator: Western District Conference is pleased to announce that Mike Lamb will begin September 1 as Fund Development Coordinator for WDC. In this new role, he will promote resource development for congregations and encourage congregational and individual giving to support WDC’s ministries of resourcing congregations, of sustaining ministers, and cultivating church planting partnerships. Mike recently retired as Vice President responsible for planned giving, annual giving and regional development with the Wichita (KS) State University Foundation, and previously served as Director of Admissions at Bethel College. He is active in community and Mennonite organizations, and he and his wife Susan are members of Hesston Mennonite Church where he has held a variety of leadership roles. We welcome Mike as he joins WDC’s mission of empowering Anabaptist Mennonite congregations to witness and invite others to faith in Jesus Christ, dwell in just and loving relationships, and connect to God’s mission in the world!
