WDC survey of congregational financial practices: A goal of the recently completed WDC Listening Process is to develop active strategies and responses to the insight and requests offered by congregations. WDC leaders and staff are working to generate leader forums for congregational leaders to connect with others in similar roles to discuss relevant experiences, common challenges, and useful resources. One request of congregations was for assistance related to managing church finances. In response, our first step is to invite congregations to complete this survey about their current financial practices and contact information:  Finance Management in Congregations – Initial Assessment Survey /  Gestión financiera en las congregaciones: Encuesta de evaluación inicialThis information will help us build the foundation for a networking database and create a WDC leader forum related to finance and payroll.  We invite you to view the survey and contribute relevant information as you are able.
