Eastern Mennonite Seminary is offering a three day leadership training through Shalom Academy with the theme: Pursuing Community in a Divisive World, Psalm 34:14 “Seek peace, and pursue it”. This training offers a place to learn and reflect on the practices that move congregations past divisiveness and toward peace, both within their walls and in their larger communities. Keynote speakers are Melissa Florer-Bixler and Adam Russell Taylor. This will take place Monday, January 8 – Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at EMU. Limited virtual options are available.
