Each April, the Mennonite Church USA (MC USA) Church Vitality office and Everence collaborate to update the Pastor Salary Guidelines (PSG). These guidelines aid pastors, congregations, pastoral search committees and conferences in negotiating fair compensation for pastors and conference ministers.
