AMBS (Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary) invites applications for new pastors’ cohorts in the Thriving in Ministry programs for pastors

The Transition to Leadership program is for pastors in their first four years of ministry and will connect them with a mentor and a cohort of other new pastors to discuss ministry challenges they are facing. The fall Weekend Learning Event is November 10-12, 2022. The deadline to apply is October 10, 2022. Find more information about the program on our website: ambs.edu/transitiontoleadership

There are also six slots available for Ministry Integrity Circles, which starts October 24-25, 2022. This program is for experienced pastors going through a transition who would like the space to do ministry reflection with other pastors and our two consultants. The application deadline is September 24, 2022. The fall cohort will be in person, while the spring 2023 cohort will be on Zoom. These programs are currently grant funded and are offered at no cost to participants who apply in 2022. However, participants will need to cover their own travel costs. There are some scholarships available to help participants coming from a distance.
