Adaptive leadership training opportunities available through WDC, free of charge! Are you a church member seeking resources to address a tough challenge, facilitate a group, or lead an initiative in your congregation? Are you a pastor committed to strengthening your capacity to lead change and navigate conflict? Good news! There are still leadership training spots at the Kansas Leadership Center in 2024, through WDC’s Leadership Transformation Grant from the KLC. WDC’s grant covers the cost for a selected number of registrants to attend training in the 3-step KLC Path of core adaptive leadership training programs. Step 1 When Everyone Leads, still has openings on October 2-3 (evenings) and on December 10 for virtual sessions via Zoom. Step 2 Your Leadership Edge still has openings on Sept 24-25 and Nov 19-20 for virtual sessions, and on October 22-23 for the in-person session at the Kansas Leadership Center in Wichita. Registration closes 2 weeks prior to each program or once maximum capacity is reached, so now is the time to sign up!
For more information and to apply for a session through WDC’s Leadership Transformation Grant,
see Information and Application Form (2024) (or use the Online Application Form). After an application is approved by WDC, we send applicants a code to register online directly with the Kansas Leadership Center at https://kansasleadershipcenter.org/the-klc-path/. Question? Contact WDC at 316-283-6300 or wdc@mennowdc.org
