1:00-5:00 pm  – Pastors’ Afternoon Apart, “Life-Giving Missional Church Leadership” (Bethel Cafeteria)

4:00-6:30 – Registration Opens (BCMC)

5:30-6:30 – Ministers’ Appreciation Dinner (spouses & children invited) (BCMC)

7:00-9:00 – Worship with communion (BCMC) (OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED)

9:00-10:00 – Late-Night Knot @ MCC! (MCC Central States)

Saturday, July 27

7:30-8:30 am – Guided Contemplative Walk w/ Nathan Koontz (Sand Creek Trail)

Meet at trailhead statue of walking man.

8:30-9:30 – Worship/Keynote Address by Glen Guyton (Mem Hall)  (OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED)

9:30-10:30 – Delegate Session (Mem Hall)

10:30-11:00 – Break (sponsored by Everence) (Mem Hall)

11:00-12:00 pm – Workshop I (WFAC)

12:00-1:30 – Lunch (Cafeteria)

12:00-1:30 – Women’s Lunch (Mantz Library Lounge)

1:30-2:30 – Delegate Session (continued) (Mem Hall)

1:30-2:30 – Workshop II (for non-delegates)   (WFAC)

2:30-3:00 – Break (WFAC Alcove)

2:30-5:00 – Imperfect Peace Witness Tour ($10 for Assembly registrants/$20 for others)

Meet charter bus @ Kauffman Museum Parking Lot

2:30-5:30 – WDC Resource library Open for Tours & Ice Cream (WDC Resource Library)

3:00-3:30 – Kauffman Museum Guided Tour (Kauffman Museum)

3:00-4:00 – Workshop III (WFAC)

4:00-5:00 – Women in Ministry Reception  (WFAC Atrium)

Celebrating the 10 earliest living ordained women of or now living in WDC

4:30-5:30 – Bethel College alumni gathering (Mantz Library Lounge)

5:00-5:30 – Free Time  Visit exhibitors’ tables or WDC Resource Library

5:30-7:00 – Picnic Supper (Cafeteria)

Eat inside or out.  Community members invited by donation as long as food lasts

6:00-8:00 – Family Festival:  Inflatables available for all ages (on Bethel green)

7:00-9:00 – Family Festival:  Mojo’s serving & 2 sets by Road Less Traveled & Flannelbacks (Mojo’s)
